The Florida Organization of Nurse Executives (FONE) is  seeking candidates 
for their annual "FONE Nurse Leadership Award." The purpose  of the award is 
to recognize the accomplishments of a Nurse Leader. We invite  you to 
nominate individuals in your organization or from another facility. Any  member 
of FONE, regardless of his/her position in their organization, is  eligible 
for nomination.

Please do not hesitate to nominate a  worthy individual, 
even if there are some questions on the nomination form that  you are unable 
to complete due to lack of knowledge. The deadline to nominate  your 
candidate is Friday - May 4, 2012.

The Leadership Award recipient will be awarded at the FONE  Educational 
Conference to be held on June 21 & 22, 2012 at the Leows Royal  Pacific in 
Orlando, FL.
