Our Vision:

To be an active participant in the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives at the regional (NEFONE), state (FONE) and national (AONE) level.

Our Mission:

To support FONE from the regional level, while advancing the future of healthcare in Northeast Florida through innovative nursing leadership

Our Strategies

Identifying and securing resources to ensure there is an adequate and diverse nursing work force for the future.
Adopt FONE values and behaviors.
Provide for educational and leadership development through conferences, seminars and monthly presentations at the local and state level.
Provide for the sharing and the participation in evidence based practice and research.
Encourage all NEFONE members to become active at the local and state level.
Engage membership in cultivating the future of nursing.
