Provides educational services for hospital personnel and physicians in compliance with federal, state, regulatory agencies, and organizational requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Demonstrates a supportive working relationship with coworkers, physicians, patients, and community members as shown by teamwork, productivity, and interpersonal relations. Designs, directs, and implements educational programming for all Charlotte Regional Medical Center personnel, including orientation, in-services, and continuing educational activities. Directs and evaluates the educational services provided by Education Department personnel and provides consultation in a timely manner to assist the overall mission of the hospital. Maintains Charlotte Regional Medical Center\\\'s status as a provider of continuing education for nursing. Promotes quality and accessibility of educational resources. Develops the mission, objectives, and goals for the department in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, which supports the mission of the organization. Demonstrates a commitment to professional accountability and growth. Participates in community education programs consistent with ability and interest.

Qualifications	Master\'s Degree in Education or Healthcare field. BCLS Instructor Trainer certification required. Current Florida RN license preferred. Current certification as BCLS Instructor Trainer
