Minutes

1. Attendants: Patti Esher, Nancy Teems, Amy Townley, Tricia Folsom, Ann McClean, Kim Edwards
2. February 11th meeting minutes approved
3. Hospital Days at the Capital Monday, March 14th. At the Double Tree Hotel there will be a meeting; Kim, Eric, Kristen, Tricia and Ann possible plans to attend.
4. Progress with collecting dues: 23 checks and 1 credit card collected so far
5. 2nd Quarterly meeting plans: Date April 14th beginning at 5:30; Place Cancer Center Conference Room, Speaker Martha DeCastro with 1 contact being given. Agenda planned, everyone to bring favorite appetizer.
6. Monthly conference calls: Tricia and Ann to listen.
7. June conference on the 8th in Jacksonville- Ann, Tricia and an ANM to go
8. November conference on the 2nd in Sarasota- Tricia, Patti and an ANM to go.
9. FONE website to be updated by Yvonne after updates are given to her by AmyDiscussed an interest in new PONE mascot design- Kim Edwards to research
10. Patti to email Yvonne about reimbursement
11. Next PONE Board meeting March 21st at 2:00 in the MSICU Conference Room
12. Amy to send out an invite to the April meeting
